TIL a little warm-up stretch on the neck saves me 20 minutes of cleanup
I used to always jump right into a fade and fight with flyaways on the neckline for way too long, until an old barber told me to just warm up the skin with a hot towel for 30 seconds first to soften the hair. Now that little step keeps the line so sharp I barely need to touch up, has anyone else found a quick pre-cut trick that changed their whole flow?

Isn't it funny how a tiny prep step like that can save so much hassle later? I've noticed the same thing with cooking, just a quick extra minute to chop everything before you start makes the whole process way smoother.

Tbh that "quick extra minute" really is a game changer. Makes everything flow way better.

Hard disagree. That extra minute always kills my flow. Makes me overthink everything before I even start.
