Hot take: Library sales have changed big time in the last 3 years
I used to find stacks of vintage paperbacks at my local library sale for a quarter each, but now everything is priced like a boutique shop and half the tables are just donated bestsellers from 2018. Anyone else noticing your library jacking up prices or is it just mine in Denver?

Wait wait wait, they're charging boutique prices now? In Denver? That's wild because up here in Portland our library sale still has the $1 bag day and I fill a whole grocery bag for like five bucks. Ngl I'd be so annoyed if I showed up and saw 2018 bestsellers marked up like vintage treasures. Honestly that kills the whole thrill of the hunt for me.
