That feeling when someone haggles over a 50 cent book at a library sale

I was at the county library sale last Saturday in Phoenix and this lady spent four minutes trying to talk the volunteer down from a quarter to a dime on a beat up copy of a James Patterson novel. The volunteer just stared at her until she finally paid. It's a library sale, not a swap meet, people. Has anyone else seen this kind of nonsense at your local sales?

Buddy of mine volunteers at a library sale in Mesa. Told me about a guy who argued over a 75 cent cookbook for ten minutes. Finally the supervisor just gave it to him for free to shut him up.
