Binge subtitles vs dubbed, glad I finally tried subtitles

I used to only watch dubbed shows because I hated reading while trying to follow fight scenes. Then last month I decided to watch Dark on Netflix with subtitles instead of the dub. Big difference. The voice acting in the dub felt flat compared to the original German. Plus I caught so many little details in the dialogue that got changed or simplified in the dub. Now I'm hooked on subtitles for anything foreign. Anyone else switch and never go back?
