Binged 'From' in 3 days and now I cant sleep at night lol

I started watching 'From' last Friday night just to kill an hour. By Sunday at 2am I had finished all 3 seasons and my brain was fried lol. The show does this thing where every episode just ends on a bigger cliffhanger so you HAVE to click next. I literally called in sick Monday because I was up until 5am. Has anyone else gotten completely wrecked by a show's pacing like this?

Know a buddy who started Black Mirror on a Tuesday night and didn't sleep until Thursday because he had to see every episode. He still jokes about how the show broke his sleep schedule for a week.
