Can we talk about that new sci-fi show 'Echo Drift'?

Honestly, I wasted a whole weekend and $25 on the first season. The trailers made it look like a cool space mystery, but the plot just goes nowhere for eight episodes. I kept waiting for something big to happen, but the season finale was just a guy staring at a wall. Has anyone else felt totally let down by a show that was hyped up?

Tell me about it, I got so hyped for that show. I even cleared my schedule and bought the special themed snacks, like a total clown. The big twist was basically a PowerPoint slide about space dust. I've got a whole shelf of shows that tricked me with a cool trailer and then put me to sleep by episode three.

So true, @paigec14, I stared at my screen hoping the space dust would at least form something interesting when that was apparently the "big reveal." I'd rather watch paint dry, at least that has a satisfying finish.

Ever notice how this happens with everything now? The trailer is the best part, the actual thing is just a long, expensive letdown.
