PSA: skip episode 4 of that Nordic thriller on your first run

Watched the whole 8 episode run with my buddy in Portland and we both realized episode 4 is just 40 minutes of flashbacks that the finale re-explains anyway, so skip it and come back later, has anyone else found filler episodes in shows with under 10 parts that are better on a rewatch?
