Serious question, has anyone else tried watching 'The Last of Us' weekly versus binging it all at once?
I waited for all episodes to drop and watched it over a weekend, and the emotional impact was way stronger than when my friend watched it week-to-week. Did anyone else find that binging certain dramas just hits different?

Used to be a binge watcher all the way, but a friend convinced me to try weekly with this show and honestly the wait between episodes made everything hit way harder. Changed my mind completely.

dude totally agree with @simonw41, i did the same thing with my buddy where i binged the whole thing in one weekend and he did weekly. the big emotional moments hit me way harder cause i just rode that wave straight through instead of having to sit with it for a week. like that whole scene with ellie and the giraffes, i got choked up way more than he did cause i hadnt had time to cool off between eps. weekly is good for building hype but binging just lets you stay in that headspace longer.
