Wasted $60 on a streaming service just for one show that got canceled

Feel like @olivia478 is right on the money with that cancel advice... but I'm curious what show was it that got you to drop $60 in the first place? Was it something obscure that slipped under the radar or one of those hyped up shows that everyone was talking about? Because I swear the streaming services love to dangle that "watch now before it's gone" bait and then pull the rug out when you're actually invested. Makes you wonder if they even look at the numbers before killing things off.

Cancel it now and don't look back. Streaming services are getting way too greedy (especially for one show). They'll happily take your money and then kill the thing you actually wanted to watch. This happened to me with that Netflix show that got canceled after one season. Better to just move on and find the show somewhere else if you can, or just accept the loss. Sixty bucks is a hard lesson but at least now you know not to fall for it again.
