Finally got my forge blower working right after a week of it just coughing out cold air.

You know what I haven't seen anyone ask? What were you trying to heat up? A proper hot fire changes everything for some projects, like working with thicker steel. That cold air might move some heat around, but it won't get you to the right temp for a good weld or a clean bend. Getting your tools to work right is half the craft.

Sounds like a waste of time. Cold air probably worked fine anyway.
