My anvil flipped off the stand during a demo in Tulsa

I was showing a buddy how I upset a 1 inch bar and the horn caught the edge of my steel stand, the whole thing tipped forward and landed on my boot, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has switched to a tripod base or bolted their anvil down after a close call like that?
