My mom's old calendar pages beat my gallery wall

Last month I was about to toss a 2023 nature calendar, but my mom said to cut out the photos and frame them in those $1.99 8x10 frames from the dollar store. Took me one evening, and now my hallway has twelve different birds and plants that people actually stop to look at. Anyone else repurpose old calendars when the year ends?
