One comment about my gallery wall made me redo the whole thing

My neighbor said my 5 cheap frames looked like a waiting room, so I swapped them for mismatched thrift store frames and a kid's painted canvas, now people actually stop to look, has anyone else gotten harsh feedback that turned out to be right?

Man that stings but honestly it sounds like it worked out for the best! Sometimes people say stuff harsh but they're not totally wrong, and your wall probably looks way cooler now.
