Bought 3 "upgraded" game inserts for $110 and they warp so bad my minis pop out
Wasted $110 on custom foam inserts from a shop in Denver last month and two of them warped after just a week in my closet. I thought I was protecting my Gloomhaven set but now half the pieces slide around every time I open the box. Anyone found a brand that actually holds up to normal room temp swings?

I laughed at the part about your minis popping out because mine did the same thing, except I blamed my cat for weeks before I figured out it was the foam. Turns out cheap foam and a warm closet don't mix, and I ended up using the warped ones as a fancy doorstop. Try storing them somewhere with steady temps and maybe check reviews that mention summer heat, since that seems to be when they really fall apart.
