Stopped by the old game store in Salem and noticed all the shelves got smaller

I was in Salem last week to look at a job and swung by the shop I used to hit every Friday back in 09, but instead of the floor-to-ceiling bins of random war games and spare bits, there was just a narrow aisle of starter boxes and a whole wall of card sleeves, so is that just how the hobby's gone or did my memory blow it up bigger than it was?

The bins were always packed, but yeah, it has shrunk for sure.
