Why our group's no-rules first session with a board improved our skills
I know many board geeks say you should read every rule first. But I disagree. We just started Terraforming Mars without looking at the guide. This made us adapt and think quickly. I picked up skills like making fast choices. Some think it causes messes, but we learned more. So, I stand by learning by doing.
