Appreciation post: My old boss's trick for rolling big flanges
Used to fight with rolling 3-inch flanges by hand, took forever. My old foreman in Tacoma showed me to heat a 6-foot section first, just a quick pass with the torch. Now it bends like butter. Saves me an hour on every big header job. Anyone else got a simple heat trick that changed their work?

Man, that feeling when a simple heat trick clicks is the best. I fought with some stubborn copper tubing for a home project once (not the same scale, I know) and a buddy told me to warm it up first. Totally changed the game, just like your flange story. It's wild how the old-timers have these little fixes that save so much time and frustration.
