Can we talk about hydrostatic testing gone wrong on an older pressure vessel?

Had a 30 year old boiler drum fail hydro on me last Friday at a plant in Gary, Indiana. The test pressure was supposed to be 150 psi but it started weeping at 135. Do you guys push through a repair and retest or just scrap it and spec a new drum?

Started weeping at 135" - had a tank do that once, ended up being a weld we missed.

Agree with @maxm63 - weeping usually starts at a bad weld in my experience.
