Hot take: I used to think grinding down welds was a waste of time on boiler tube sheets

After I saw a comparison of a tube sheet I did in 6 hours vs one I spent 8 hours on with a die grinder, the leak rate difference at 150 PSI was night and day, what's your go-to grit for tube sheet finishing?

Stuck with 80 grit myself. Makes a REAL difference on leak rates.
