Hit 100 succulents in my collection and I'm honestly overwhelmed

I was counting my pots last weekend after moving a shelf and realized I have exactly 103 succulents now. It started with one aloe from a grocery store in Phoenix three years ago and just snowballed from there. The worst part is I killed 12 of them this winter because I overwatered during a cold snap. Has anyone else accidentally grown their collection way past what they can manage?

103 of my 108 are in 2 inch pots and they take up two whole windowsills in my apartment. I started propagating leaves from a jade plant I found at a hotel lobby and now I have 37 jades alone. You gotta pick a number and stick to it or the watering schedule becomes a full time job.

That jade plant story is wild. 37 jades from one hotel lobby is serious dedication. I've been there with the watering schedule becoming a second job. You really do need a hard limit or else you're just a plant caretaker 24/7.
