My brick course slumped because the mortar was too wet

Now I know to test the mix before laying a full row.

Yeah but "test the mix" sounds over the top. A little slump happens, it's not the end of the world.

Watched a team collapse from ignoring small slumps.

Our team had a three game slide and still made playoffs.
