That librarian in Cincinnati told me to stop borrowing so many craft books
I used to grab like 5 craft books every week from the library thinking I needed all that info. But a librarian pulled me aside and said I was probably just skimming and not finishing anything. She was right. Now I only get one book at a time and actually try the projects before moving on. Has anyone else had a librarian give them a reality check about their hobby habits?

Did you see that article about how finishing one project beats starting five? Honestly, that librarian did you a solid, most of us just pile up half-done stuff.

@cameron763 I got three half built birdhouses in my garage right now. One's been sitting there since last summer. Finishing one project would actually feel good for once.
