The free library bin gave me 3 weeks of model paint
Last Tuesday I found a stack of old art magazines in the library's free bin, and inside there were swatch cards with actual paint samples for about 30 colors. I cut them up into tiny chips and used them to practice mixing shades for my miniatures without buying any new pots. Anyone else raided free bins at the library for craft supplies?

Those swatch cards are such a lucky find, I've been hunting for something like that for ages. Three weeks of free paint practice sounds like a dream come true for your wallet.
