Appreciation post: My fermented cabbage hustle is legit changing how I eat
Started messing with fermentation as a side project to use up cheap veggies. Now I've got jars of homemade sauerkraut and kimchi that cost pennies per serving. Everyone says it's too weird or hard, but that's total cap, it's stupid easy. My grocery bill dropped like crazy, and my meals actually taste good. Try it once and you'll never go back to overpriced store stuff.

Did I tell you about my buddy who swore he'd never try fermenting stuff? He got one jar of kraut going as a joke, now his fridge looks like a science lab full of homemade pickles. Dude basically never buys condiments anymore.
