Appreciation post: My friend in Phoenix showed me how wrong I was about dried beans
I always thought canned beans were the only cheap option, but she had me over and made a huge pot of black beans from a $1.50 bag. The flavor was SO much better and it made like 8 meals worth. Has anyone else switched from canned to dried and have tips for making it faster?

Totally thought canned was easier too, but that flavor difference is real. A pressure cooker cuts the cook time way down.

My old Instant Pot got me through three winters of dried beans. The texture is just better.
