Why does nobody talk about how bulk rice always goes stale before you finish it?
Buying giant bags of rice is a false economy if it turns to dust, lmao.

Hearing "concrete block"... I had a similar mess with a gallon of sweet tea left in my trunk last summer. It fermented and swelled up so bad the plastic jug deformed... ended up with a sticky, rock-hard mass I had to scrape out for days. The smell was something else entirely.
