Am I the only one who went from loving my minimalist layout to hating it?

I used a super simple bullet journal for about six months with just a daily log and monthly list. Last week I realized I was missing so many tasks and notes because I had no way to track them. I switched to a weekly spread with a habit tracker and a small future log, and now I actually know what I have to do. Has anyone else found that simple setups stop working after a few months?

Watch how things shift when the novelty wears off and your actual needs catch up with you. It's the same reason my garage organization system goes through three redesigns a year, each time getting a little more honest about what I actually use.

lol "a little more honest about what I actually use" - that part hits hard because it's so true. I do the same thing with my kitchen setup, every few months I'm rearranging things and realizing I don't actually need that fancy gadget I bought. It's like we have to go through a few rounds of pretending before we finally admit what works for real. And the garage thing is so relatable, I bet your third redesign is the one that actually sticks.
