Debate: That $35 washi tape haul I got online
I splurged on a set of 20 washi tapes for $35 from an Etsy shop and half of them barely stick to paper, but the other half are the best I've ever used. Did I waste money or get a steal depending on luck, or do you all swear by spending more per roll for quality? What's your experience?

Yeah, the "half of them barely stick" part really stood out to me. That's the gamble with buying those big multipacks online, you never know if you're getting a hidden gem or just a bunch of paper that slides off. Have you tried using a glue stick or a bit of double-sided tape on the back of those bad ones, or are they just a total lost cause? I'm curious if you've found a way to make them work, or if you're planning to just stick to buying singles from now on.
