Digital vs paper trackers, I saw a stat that made me question my whole setup
I was reading a productivity blog last Tuesday and they cited a study saying 87% of people abandon their digital habit trackers within 6 weeks, but paper ones stick for like 9 months on average. I've been using a spreadsheet for my sleep and water logs for a year now, hand coding color coded cells and everything, but I keep forgetting to update it after day 3. Anyone else find that the tactile act of crossing a box on paper just hits different than tapping a screen, or is that just me being stuck in the past?

What if those numbers are just measuring who's more willing to lie to themselves, since a paper tracker takes more effort to fake? Digital gives you a timestamp, so you can't cheat the data like you can with your memory of crossing a box on Thursday.
