I used to think weekly spreads were a waste of time, but my friend's system proved me wrong
For a long time, I only used monthly logs and daily rapid logging in my bullet journal. I saw people making these pretty weekly layouts and thought it was just for show, you know, extra work that didn't help. Then my friend Sarah showed me her setup over coffee. She had a simple two-page spread with a tiny calendar, a habit tracker for her meds, and a section for her three main goals that week. She said it took her maybe 10 minutes every Sunday night. I tried it for a month, and it totally changed how I plan. Instead of my tasks feeling scattered across dailies, I could see the whole week at once. It helped me spot when I was trying to do too much on a Tuesday. Now I feel way less stressed on Monday mornings. Has anyone else found a simple weekly setup that actually works for them?

Took me years to admit my pretty weekly spreads were just fancy procrastination.
