Just learned most bullet journal spreads die by week 3

Found this stat from a productivity blog that surveyed 500 users - 68% abandon their first layout setup by day 21. I definitely hit that wall myself with my habit tracker last month. Has anyone else found a trick to keep momentum past the first few weeks?

Honestly, does a bullet journal really need to "survive" long term though. Mine changes every couple weeks because I get bored or realize I want to track something different. Pretty sure my first spread lasted maybe 10 days before I started scribbling over stuff. That 68% stat feels like it's making a problem out of nothing. You just start a new page or tweak what you've got. The whole point is flexibility, not committing to some perfect system forever. Switching up layouts or ditching trackers that don't work is totally fine. No shame in letting a spread die if it's not helping you anymore.
