So my kid brother decided my bujo is the family bulletin board

He scribbles his band practice times right next to my work tasks. Part of me thinks it's cute and keeps us all on track, but another part wants to hide it from him. Where do you draw the line with family using your journal?

That shared section idea is good, but it needs a hard rule. I tried something similar and it only works if you put it at the very front or back, and make it super clear it's the only spot for them. Maybe get a different colored pen just for that part, so when you see blue ink you know it's family stuff and not your own notes. It creates a visual stop sign for your brain when you're using your own journal.

Would you maybe add a shared family section he can use?

My family's shared grocery list always ends up with just my weird snacks on it. I try to add normal stuff, but I forget and default to my own cravings. So a shared section might just become my personal zone anyway.
