TIL the hard way: don't lend your journal to a friend who 'just wants to peek'
Last Tuesday at the library, my friend Sarah asked to see my bullet journal because she was thinking of starting one. I handed it over without thinking, and she flipped to the weekly spread where I track my kids' sleep and my own anxiety triggers. She got quiet for a second, then said, 'This is a lot of doom and gloom, maybe you need a hobby.' I laughed it off, but I couldn't shake how exposed I felt. Has anyone else had a journal read by someone who didn't get the point, and how did you set boundaries after that?
