Went from a 3-ring binder to a proper notebook, game changer for my weekly layout

I spent like 4 months using a cheap binder with loose paper because I thought it was more flexible. Tore out pages constantly, stuff got shuffled around, and my weekly spread never lined up right. Last week I finally bought a real dotted notebook with numbered pages and an index. Night and day difference. The structure forces me to keep it simple and I actually flipped back to check a tracker from last month without digging through a pile of paper. Anyone else fight the urge to overcomplicate the setup before just going with the standard method?

Different strokes, I guess. The loose system worked better for me because I could move stuff around without feeling locked into a layout that stops making sense halfway through the month.
