Cut my 10,000th ribeye this morning and the number felt heavier than the primal.

It wasn't about the count, but realizing that's roughly 25 tons of beef I've personally handled, which made me pause and think about the sheer scale of the work we do that most folks never see.

25 tons of beef" is a wild number to picture. Quick math though, a ribeye primal is like 20-22 pounds, so 10,000 would be closer to 100 tons. Makes it even crazier.
