Hot take: band saw blades don't need to cost a fortune

Overheard some guy at the restaurant supply store bragging about his $200 blade, but I've been using the same $45 Lennox for 8 months on pork shoulders and beef ribs. Cuts clean every time if you keep the tension right. Anyone else find the cheap stuff works fine?

Honestly @lewis.charlie is right, it's all hype. My $40 blade cuts just fine.
