Lost a $200 ribeye order when my fridge temp spiked last Tuesday

Had a cooler go bad in the middle of the night and ruined a whole primal before I caught it - anyone else ever had a refrigeration failure that cost them serious product?

Saw a restaurant supply guy say most fridge failures happen between 2am and 4am.

Blame @sagea88 for getting this stuck in my head now, but it fits a pattern I've noticed for years. Seems like everything important breaks at the worst possible hour, not just fridges but water heaters, cars, you name it.
