That Wednesday I butchered 12 whole pigs solo

Last Tuesday was supposed to be quiet, then a local farmer showed up with an unscheduled delivery right before close. Ended up working through the night just to keep up with orders and the walk-in freezer packed to the ceiling.

C'mon, you're telling me you didn't enjoy it at least a little? Twelve pigs is a lot of work, but that's the kind of challenge you sign up for. I bet the farmer trusted you because you're the one who can handle it when things get crazy. Besides, that walk-in freezer will be stocked for weeks and you'll be the hero to your customers when they see fresh pork on the menu.

I dunno man, twelve pigs sounds less like a challenge and more like a recipe for me accidentally turning my freezer into a pigsty. Knowing my luck, I'd be the hero who stocks the whole menu with pork, then forgets to label anything and spends a week serving "mystery meat" specials. But hey, at least the customers would get a fun guessing game with their dinner.
