The $80 tenderizer gadget that now lives in a drawer at my shop
I ended up donating that thing to the local culinary school after a month, and honestly the students probably hate it too. My advice, stick with the basic tools you know work.

Gadget hate is fair, but mine gets weekly use marinating tough cuts.
