Thought that new vacuum tumbler was just a gimmick for sausage making

My buddy at the shop in Toledo swore by his for consistent bind, so I tried it on a 50 pound batch of bratwurst last month. The texture was way smoother and held moisture better than my old hand mixing, no air pockets at all. Anyone have a good source for replacement gaskets that won't break the bank?

Had the same experience with my tumbler. Found decent gaskets on Amazon that lasted a full season.
