Found a way to fish through a double stud bay without drilling 12 holes
Was working a new build in Denver last week where the framers put blocking in every single bay, so I grabbed a 4 foot glow rod, taped a rare earth magnet to the tip, and pulled my coax through by sticking another magnet on the far side. Has anyone else rigged up weird magnet setups for tough runs?

Felix nailed it with "push pull action" because that's basically what I ended up doing but way less gracefully. I spent 20 minutes chasing my magnet around the stud bay like I was trying to catch a greased pig. My coworker still brings up the time I accidentally glued my magnet setup to the inside of a wall.
