Wow, I just read an article about how those last-mile hookups are the toughest part. Your neighborhood actually getting it done is pretty cool.

Totally! @fionas39 Our group just emailed the council non-stop (it worked).

Wonder if the push for cable might have left some older folks behind who still prefer their landlines. The tech change can be a lot for them.
