The one thing I keep seeing on new installs
Been doing residential installs in Phoenix for about 8 years now. Noticed a ton of guys run the ground block right into the main splitter with no grounding electrode conductor. That's just asking for voltage issues. I caught three new builds last month with that exact problem. Anyone else running into this on new construction?

Man, you'd think after all these years they'd learn to read the dang codebook. I had a similar situation last month where @linda_clark's crew missed the ground rod entirely on a spec house and had to come back and dig in the heat. Stuff like that just makes the whole neighborhood look bad for the rest of us.
