Warning: visited a new subdivision in Phoenix and saw conduit that made me nervous
The builders were running cat6 through the same pipe as 120v... is that really okay now or is it just a time bomb waiting to happen? Has anyone else seen this on new builds or am I being too picky?

yeah thats just how stuff is built now, cheap and fast without thinking about the next guy.

Honestly just sand and repaint cheap furniture yourself, it lasts way longer.
