Spent $120 on braided cable sleeves and they keep slipping off

I ordered a pack of those fancy braided cable sleeves off Amazon to clean up my desk setup last month, and they looked great for about two days. Now the ends keep fraying and sliding back down the cables no matter how tight I cinch the cordlocks. Has anyone found a brand or trick that actually keeps sleeving in place long term?

$120 on cable sleeves and they're already falling apart? That's brutal, I'd be so annoyed. Are these the ones with the little metal crimps on the ends or just the drawstring style?

Did you try heat shrink tubing over the ends before you cinch the cordlocks? I picked up a cheap kit off Amazon for like $10 and it stopped my sleeving from sliding completely. Just make sure you get the adhesive lined kind, it grips way better than the plain stuff.
