Found a roll of film stuck in a shutter from 1998
I was fixing up an old Canon F1 for a customer last month and when I opened the back, there was a half used roll of Kodak Gold 200 still inside. The film had snapped right at the take up spool, probably a loading error from way back. I hit it with some dry air from the compressor and carefully teased the broken piece out with tweezers, took about 20 minutes. Anyone else ever find old surprises stuck in bodies like that?

Wait, dry air from a compressor? Don't you mean a blower bulb? Compressed air can push dust deeper or even blow moisture into the shutter. Little risky for a repair job.
