Heads up on those cheap digital torque drivers for lens mounts

Bought a no-name digital torque driver online for about $80 to set lens mount screws. It worked fine for maybe three jobs. Then it started giving readings that were way off, like 30% low. I didn't catch it and ended up with a customer's 70-200mm f/2.8 coming back with a loose mount after a week. The fix cost me more than the tool did. Has anyone found a reliable brand for this that won't break the bank?

Totally agree. A solid click-type manual driver is way more reliable in the long run.
