Pro tip: switched from canned dust-off to a manual rubber blower for sensor cleaning

I used to go through those canned air dusters like crazy, spending maybe $15 a can every few weeks just to clean camera sensors and mirror boxes. Last month I finally picked up a Giotto rocket blower for like $12 at the local shop and honestly I can't believe I waited so long. The rubber bulb gives way more control and I don't have to worry about propellant residue or the can getting cold and losing pressure halfway through. It took me about 3 tries to get the angle right where I wasn't smacking the mirror but now it's my go to for every cleaning job. Do you guys still use canned air or have you switched to something else for blowing out dust? I am curious if anyone has tried those electric blowers too.

Nah, canned air blasts way harder than those little squeeze bulbs.

Went straight for the diaphragm with canned air once thinking I was being careful. My keyboard still hasn't forgiven me.
