One comment about my cheap tarp changed my whole setup
A guy at a campsite in Shenandoah told me my blue tarp was fine for a day trip but not for real weather, so I swapped to a 10x12 siliconed one for $45 at REI. He was right, the wind noise alone made me stop waking up at 3am. Anyone else got told their gear was holding them back and actually listened?
