So many people inflate sleeping pads wrong at campsites now

I was at a group campout last weekend and watched 3 different people try to blow up their pads by just puffing into the valve. Two of them passed out dizzy after a few breaths. One guy finally gave up and slept on the ground. Like, why not get a pump sack? They're like $15 and take 20 seconds. Most pads even come with one now. Has anyone else noticed this becoming more common at sites?

Drives me crazy. People huffing and puffing and turning red. Then they get lightheaded and can't even function. Pump sack costs nothing and saves all that trouble. Most pads literally include one in the stuff sack. Just read the instructions for once. Common sense isn't so common anymore I guess.

Same with people who don't read the manual for basic stuff around the house. They'd rather fight with it for an hour than take two minutes to learn the right way.
